When you attend a CorePlay class, you will receive a gift pack to accompany on your Yang journey. Your pack includes a JustBe Happy roller ball aromatherapy blend which includes Coconut Oil (Cocos Nucifera), Pink Grapefruit Oil (Citrus Grandis), Lime Oil (Citrus Aurantifolia) and Bergamot Oil (Citrus Bergamia).
This blend has been created to work therapeutically with our dynamic Yang classes to give your spirits a boost with the refreshing scents of Pink Grapefruit, Lime & Bergamot.
How Much Are Classes?
Classes are sold as a block of 6 for £66. You pay a £13.50 deposit to secure your spot and the remaining balance before your first class.
What Do I Need To Bring?
I provide yoga mats, cushions, blocks, straps and blankets. All you need to bring is a bottle of water and wear some lose comfortable clothes.
What Happens If I Miss a Class?
I keep my classes quite small and I need to be sure who will be there each week so there are mats set up and there is plenty space. If you miss any classes i'm afraid you can't carry them over and your block must be used consecutively. To allow some flexibility I can accommodate you to use your 6 classes over and 8 week period to account for holidays and shift working if the dates are agreed before the block starts.
